Darul Qasim subscribes to the universal message of Islam which embraces coexistence with others as part of God's Will on Earth. It is the opinion of Shaykh Mohammed A. Kholwadia, Director of Darul Qasim that in line with the rulings of authoritative Muslim jurists of the past and present, Muslims must abide by the laws of the sovereign state in which they reside.
Following the law of the land is incumbent upon Muslims wherever they may choose to live. Any protest and/or demonstration against policies of the state must be within the legal boundaries of the given state and its laws. Anyone who chooses to violate the laws of the land should not use religion ( i.e. Islam) as a cloak to violate its rules and regulations. Anyone who does, does so by his or her own volition and not under the teachings of Islam.
